Børnefolkemødet 2021: Michael Nørager - "Understanding each other is the road to solutions"

Bon Jovi Jam

Inequalities are the reason for a large number of conflicts - How do we avoid them?

In this seminar Ph.d. Michael Nørager adresses the question: Inequalities are the reason for a large number of conflicts - How do we avoid them? He argues, that we do it when new insight creates understanding and starts the process of human emergence that enables employees and leaders to solve difficult tasks together. It is right where the meaningful life develops. It is true for both employees and leaders that we can unleash great potentials when we develop the ability to understand each other's perspectives. It is about integrating our different views and areas of knowledge, in a way that creates new solutions to the inequalities of the world.
